Gutter to Ground Communications

Gutter to Ground Communications is an internal customer-email management feature used by authorized Gutter to Ground staff. It connects the company-controlled Gmail mailbox to the management system so staff can read, compose, reply to, organize, and manage customer communications in one secure location.

This application is not used to connect customers personal Gmail accounts. Google authorization is used only for the company mailbox, and Gutter to Ground does not receive or store the Google account password.
