Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Gutter to Ground collects, uses, stores, and protects information provided through our website and business management systems.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Gutter to Ground may collect information that customers, prospective customers, employees, contractors, or authorized users provide directly to us.

This information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property addresses, project details, requested services, appointment information, estimates, communications, and other information necessary to provide and manage our services.

We may also collect limited technical information associated with use of our website and administrative systems, such as authentication and security information.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and estimate requests.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments.
  • Prepare estimates and manage customer projects.
  • Communicate with customers and authorized users.
  • Operate and improve our website and business systems.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Authorized Gutter to Ground users may choose to connect a Google account to our scheduling system. The integration is used to synchronize appointment information between the Gutter to Ground scheduling system and the connected Google Calendar.

When a user authorizes the Google Calendar integration, our application may access Google Calendar information necessary to create, update, retrieve, synchronize, or remove calendar events associated with appointments managed through our scheduling system.

Google account access is provided through Google's OAuth authorization process. Gutter to Ground does not receive or store the user's Google password.

4. Google User Data

Google user data obtained through our Google Calendar integration is used only to provide and maintain calendar synchronization functionality requested by the authorized user.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising purposes.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How Information Is Stored and Protected

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information maintained by our systems from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Authentication credentials and authorization tokens used by connected services are handled separately from ordinary customer-facing information and are protected using appropriate security measures.

6. Sharing of Information

We may use service providers that help us operate our website, scheduling system, communications, hosting, database, and other business functions.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to protect the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and project records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Information associated with a connected Google account may be removed or become inaccessible to our application when the connection is revoked or disconnected, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

8. Disconnecting Google Calendar

Authorized users may disconnect their Google Calendar integration from the Gutter to Ground system. Users may also revoke Gutter to Ground's access through their Google Account permissions.

Revoking access prevents our application from making future authorized requests to that Google account unless the user reconnects and grants permission again.

9. Your Choices

You may contact Gutter to Ground regarding questions about personal information associated with our services or to request appropriate updates or deletion, subject to applicable legal and business record-retention requirements.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, systems, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
